Crafted at 180.4C is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to join their team in Kothrud, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and ensure tasks are completed smoothly and on time
• Coordinate with team members to support day-to-day business activities
• Help maintain an organised and efficient work environment
• Assist with customer interactions and ensure a positive customer experience
• Support event planning, coordination, and execution
• Help with inventory, supplies, basic records, and operational follow-ups
• Assist in coordinating with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders when required
• Support social media, content creation, and other brand-building activities
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, workflow, and business operations
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through on tasks
