About the Role

PIQO is looking for a responsible, organised, and trustworthy female Store & Operations Executive based in Kolkata to manage the day-to-day store activities and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Management: Keep the store neat, organised, and presentable at all times.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock records, monitor product availability, and ensure all products are properly stored and handled.
• Customer Handling: Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and assist them with product selection.
• Order Management: Manage customer orders, coordinate packing and dispatch, and track order fulfilment for online and offline sales.
• Back-Office Operations: Maintain daily sales records, update inventory sheets, manage order details, and handle routine administrative work.
• Product Management: Ensure products are safe, intact, properly displayed, and accounted for.
• Customer Coordination: Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate through WhatsApp and other communication channels when required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Female candidates only.
• Must be based in Kolkata.
• Must be organised, honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Must be comfortable managing both customer-facing and administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, store management, e-commerce, or back-office operations will be preferred.
