About the Role

The Talent Sourcing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial qualification calls.
• Maintain accurate and organized talent pipelines in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Support contract negotiation and offer processes.
• Provide market insights on talent availability.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives.
• Participate in recruitment events.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Recruiting and Procurement skills for talent identification and pipeline management.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with candidates, stakeholders, and teams.
• Solid Analytical Skills for assessing profiles, market trends, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Contract Negotiation skills for supporting offer discussions and aligning candidate expectations.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with using applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
