About the Role
- Responsible for planning and managing manpower, machinery, and materials to ensure smooth execution of fabrication and production activities.
- Interpret engineering drawings, monitor daily planned versus actual work progress, and implement corrective actions to achieve project timelines.
- Supervise shop floor operations, coordinate with workers, and resolve production-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and fabrication standards while maintaining proper documentation and administrative records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support timely and successful project execution.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Diploma, BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 0–4 years of experience in pressure vessels, fabrication or relevant exposure.
