About the Role
HIPCASTLE operates across two segments: B2B apparel development for European fashion brands and D2C through our own fashion label.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone genuinely passionate about learning how businesses work, especially B2B and D2C. What matters is curiosity, initiative, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Research international fashion markets and business opportunities.
- Work on B2B client coordination, sourcing and production.
- Support D2C operations, e-commerce, marketing and brand growth.
- Learn about pricing, costing, merchandising, and business development.
- Take ownership of tasks and solve real business challenges.
