Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Lead Developer responsibilities include solution design in mid to large-sized organizations.
• Work independently and be a self-starter.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce delivery in Consumer Goods Cloud.
• 6+ years as a Lead Developer overall doing solution design.
• Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture:
• Integration technologies
• Single Sign-On
• Master Data Management
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, able to present and defend a point of view to various audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Salesforce.com product certifications are highly beneficial prior to joining.
• Expected to gain the following certifications within the first 3 months:
• Certified Platform App Builder
• Certified Platform Developer I
• Certified Agentforce Specialist
• Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer
• Certified Integration Architect
• Domain-specific certification.
