About the Role
Nationwide's Technology team is seeking passionate individuals for a world-class internship program designed to set the stage for your future. As a technology intern, you will contribute to delivering the company's technology strategy and overall business objectives.
Program Details
- Duration: 12-week program (May – August)
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Location: Assigned to one of Nationwide's 200+ Agile, team-based Software Development lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on the company's technology strategy.
- Contribute to core and emerging technologies.
- Participate in mentoring, job shadowing, and networking with technology professionals and executives.
- Engage in a Nationwide-hosted hackathon, collaborating with business partners on brainstorming, programming, and creating new business applications.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technology-related discipline.
- Solid track record of academic excellence (minimum 3.2 GPA preferred).
- Strong commitment to teamwork and learning.
- Anticipate graduating between August 2027 and May 2028.
Compensation
- National Hourly Pay Range: $23 - $50
Note: Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program. Sponsorship for qualifying positions is determined by Nationwide at its sole discretion based on business need and budget, and is not usually available for entry-level roles.
