Associate / Management Trainee

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operations for a specific product category, ensuring smooth coordination across sourcing, inventory, pricing, and sales.
• Assist in analyzing sales data, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing regular reports to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage catalog accuracy.
• Implement category-specific promotions.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Contribute to standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Comfort working with reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Good understanding of operations or supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with category management or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams such as procurement, sales, and marketing.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Business acumen and interest in consumer brands, retail, or D2C business models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• A relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow into larger responsibilities.
