About the Role

Position Summary
The role involves diagnosing plant health issues, recommending treatments, and advising on product effects on crops. The ideal candidate will possess strong agronomy knowledge, practical field experience, and a collaborative mindset to work with both tech and farmer support teams. The company has developed a smart mobile app utilizing AI and weather data for early prediction of plant problems like pests and diseases.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose plant health issues based on field data and images.
- Recommend treatments and preventive measures.
- Advise on how the company's product affects different crops.
- Validate AI predictions and provide feedback to the tech team.
- Coordinate with agronomists, developers, and farmer support teams.
- Support farmer training and field trials.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Deep understanding of plant health, diseases, and pests.
- Experience in crop monitoring and field diagnostics.
- Ability to recommend organic and chemical treatments.
- Familiarity with mobile apps and digital agriculture tools.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
