Graphic Designer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru at Dr. Rajkumar Academy for Civil Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and student-focused resources.
• Develop and maintain brand-consistent designs.
• Collaborate with faculty and marketing teams to translate educational content into engaging visuals.
• Prepare artwork for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Refine existing design templates.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in all materials.
• Manage multiple design projects within timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clear, engaging visual content.
• Experience in Branding to maintain and evolve the academy’s visual identity.
• Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of readability and hierarchy in educational materials.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
• A portfolio demonstrating creative work across digital and print formats.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the capacity to handle multiple projects.
