Copy Intern

About the Role

Fam is looking for a copy intern with a sharp eye for words, a good sense of what makes Gen Z stop and read, and the itch to craft content that feels less like marketing and more like a conversation with a friend.

On the Job

• Write copy for social media posts, captions, ad creatives, and brand campaigns across platforms
• Adapt tone and voice to fit different brands and audiences
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to turn ideas into content
• Research trends, competitors, and cultural moments to keep content relevant

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in both English and Hindi, able to write naturally and persuasively in each
• A creative understanding of social media, brands, and advertising
• Culturally tuned-in, aware of memes, trends, regional festivals, and internet humor
• Curiosity, self-direction, and proactiveness
• Good grasp of grammar, structure, and storytelling
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Bonus Points

• Experience shooting and recording content (college projects, personal reels, YouTube, etc.)
• Comfortable on camera and open to acting in content when needed
• A portfolio, samples, or links to anything you've written or created
