About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the organization, working closely with hiring managers and HR team members. This full-time, on-site position based in Noida involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Hiring and Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate fit and support selection decisions
• Employer Branding skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage

Qualifications

• Interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree program is preferred
