About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an R&D (Proto - Trims). In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research and development activities related to trims used in our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in prototyping and a keen eye for detail. This is a Full Time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development activities related to trims
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
• Create prototypes and test new trim designs
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Conduct research and development activities to create prototypes and trims for new products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prototypes meet design specifications
• Analyze and test prototypes to ensure quality and functionality
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to prototypes and trims

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Previous experience in R&D, particularly in trims
• Previous experience in research and development, specifically with prototypes and trims
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
