About the Role
DC Pines Roofing is seeking motivated, competitive individuals to become high-performing sales professionals. This is a full-time position in Houston, TX, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM and alternating Saturdays 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM. The role includes 12 weeks of paid training and offers unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners for scheduled consultations
- Deliver confident, solution-focused sales presentations
- Educate customers on protecting and improving their homes
- Work alongside the field marketing team setting quality inspections while training for sales
- Develop professional communication, confidence, and leadership skills
- Build a long-term career with real upward mobility
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 12:30-7:00 p.m., and alternating Saturdays, 9:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m
- Reliable transportation to the Houston office and assigned appointments or field locations
- Comfortable initiating face-to-face conversations with homeowners and working outdoors during field marketing training
- Strong communication and listening skills with a professional, personable approach
- Willingness to learn our sales process, participate in role-play, and apply coaching and feedback
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow through on appointments and daily responsibilities
- Motivated to meet performance goals and handle rejection with persistence and professionalism
- Company-provided tech: laptop, tablet, CRM access
Qualifications
