About the Role
Looking for suitable Graduates with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India customer service Team’s routine, ad hoc activities, and projects. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, sales order creation, expediting orders, quote creations, price resolutions, and other customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement.
- Support customer inquiries, order entry, order changes, and other customer requirements.
- Work as a customer service associate, flexible to support during night shift.
- Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs.
- Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality and quick TAT.
- Acknowledge all requests from customers and CS teams for the day.
- Coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer inquiries.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience in Chat and customer services through emails.
- Desirable: Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and order management.
