About the Role
This is a remote, internship role for a Software Sales & Marketing Intern. The internship duration is 3 to 6 months and is unpaid.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- Support sales strategies.
- Create marketing materials to promote software solutions.
- Conduct customer research.
- Contribute to brand outreach campaigns.
- Provide support for customer inquiries and product demonstrations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Software Sales and general software knowledge to explain product offerings and solutions.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Understanding of Sales strategies and techniques to support outreach and lead generation efforts.
- Motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with IT services such as ERP systems, cloud services, or digital transformation is a plus.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
