Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for various technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate pay rates, compensation, and notice periods.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience in US IT recruitment and staffing.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work the US shift.
Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with good communication skills, a willingness to learn, strong coordination abilities, and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
- Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Period preferred.
