Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform QA checks on workflows.
• Request verification form.
• Validate order details: units of service, approvals, contract terms, invoicing details.
• Conduct sanity checks on order implementation and renewal cases.
• Document errors, categorize by severity, and submit RCA.
• Provide feedback to assigned team members to prevent repeat errors.
• Maintain audit logs and compliance reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Operations.
• Proficiency in order management, deal execution, or BPO/KPO processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Effective coaching and remedial skills.
• Ability to extend as per business needs to meet End of Quarter business needs based on Volume and client requests.
• Work Model: Work from Office
• Shift: 24 x 5
• Current shift: EMEA 02:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
• 1 Way Drop Transport provided.
• Shift Allocation: Based on Business Needs.
