About Megamet
Megamet is a Mumbai-based company operating in the timber industry, involved in the import, distribution, and supply of sawn timber products. The company focuses on providing quality timber products and reliable service to B2B customers.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing activities and strengthen Megamet’s online presence across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts.
- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in creating social media posts, reels, stories and basic creatives.
- Research industry trends, relevant topics and competitor activities.
- Support content planning and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments and messages.
- Assist in increasing followers, engagement and overall brand visibility.
- Track basic social media performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the team for photographs, videos and other marketing content.
- Support other digital marketing activities as required.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Good communication and research skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Canva is an added advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Interest in B2B marketing and business development.
