About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment activities for our restaurant chain, Thyme & Whisk, and supporting the hiring of service and kitchen production staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff (Service & Kitchen Production).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely interview feedback.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers for manpower requirements.
- Negotiate salary and manage candidate expectations.
- Assist in releasing offer letters and coordinating joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- 2025–2026 batch pass-outs preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
