Transportation Representative NOC IB, ROW IB

About the Role

The ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated transportation representative to help manage daily operational activities centrally across FCs. Our team's objective is to manage the execution of freight planning for all carriers/sellers/vendors and fulfillment centers. This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in operational excellence, system support, process, and design the inbound ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Support carriers, Associates, and Management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met.
• Responsible for appointment planning & scheduling.
• Manage the flow of information among stakeholders.
• Make day-to-day decisions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times.
• Provide/expedite prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers/delivery partners.
• Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
• Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
• Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
• Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements.
• Plan and execute appointment scheduling in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools.
• Facilitate flow of information, report progress, and identify blockers & provide resolutions.
• Insist on high standards by effective planning of appointments and identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms.

About The Team

Rest of World Inbound (ROW IB) team is a vertical of ROW APEX, India Operations. Our team objective is to provide a hassle-free and smooth inbounding experience to all sellers and vendors across Amazon fulfillment centers. The team is responsible to plan the freight delivery across fulfillment centers and perform rescue operations, and contingency management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.
• Graduation from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language.
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• SQL for data mining and business intelligence (preferred).
• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis (preferred).
