Websites Testing & QA Intern

About the Role

Sunsys Techsol is seeking a Website Testing & QA Intern with a strong attention to detail and a passion for improving user experience. This role involves testing and validating live web platforms and collaborating with product and development teams to ensure smooth functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Test websites for functionality, bugs, UI issues, responsiveness, and performance.
• Identify layout/UI/UX inconsistencies and report them clearly.
• Document bugs and track progress using tools like Notion, Trello, GitHub, or Jira.
• Perform manual testing across browsers and devices (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Android, iOS).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases.
• Coordinate with developers for improvements and bug resolution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Understanding of basic web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ability to perform cross-browser and responsive testing.
• Good observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear bug reports.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX flow.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Playwright, Postman, or JMeter.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Awareness of web performance and security testing basics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (CS/IT) or equivalent.
• Final-year students and freshers are welcome.
