Design Engineer - Electrical
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the control system architecture and preparing the system network architecture.
- Preparing and understanding the single line diagram, HV, LV, MV voltage related drawings.
- Knowledge on sub system controls and electrical control system.
- Proficient in control panel design and able to design control panels for Turbine and Generator.
- Preparing the IO List, Signal List, control panel layouts and equipment list, Field wiring drawings, loop drawings, wiring diagrams / tables, wiring tables, and cable tables.
- Selecting appropriate components such as circuit breakers, relays, and other electrical devices based on functionality.
- Knowledge on control panel mounting equipment / installation.
- Knowledge on hazardous area classifications.
- Knowledge on Field Instrumentation and cable selection.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborating with sales and project management teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during commissioning.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficient in COMOS, AutoCAD & Eplan.
- Proficiency in tools like PLM SAP is an advantage.

- Understanding the control system architecture.
