About the Role
We are looking for a Celonis Process Mining Specialist with deep expertise in the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will design and deliver end-to-end process mining solutions that give businesses clear visibility into their processes and help them drive operational excellence. You will work closely with business stakeholders, turning process data into actionable insights, dashboards and execution-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Process Mining solutions that drive process transparency and operational excellence
- Develop and maintain business process KPIs, performance metrics and analytical dashboards
- Build interactive Analysis Dashboards, Execution Apps and operational insights for business stakeholders
- Work hands-on with Celonis components including Views, Action Flows, Skills, Knowledge Models and Data Explorer
- Write and optimize complex SQL and PQL (Process Query Language) queries for data modelling, analysis and reporting
- Design and implement Multi-Event Log data models for advanced process mining scenarios
- Apply Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) concepts and deliver OCPM implementations
- Analyse process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, compliance issues and improvement opportunities across business functions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Celonis solutions
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong expertise in the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform and Process Mining concepts
- Proven hands-on experience with Views, Action Flows, Skills, Knowledge Models and Data Explorer
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and PQL
- Experience designing Multi-Event Log data models
- Strong understanding and practical experience of Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM)
- Experience building KPIs, dashboards, Analysis and Execution Apps
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
