The Operations Management Intern will support day-to-day operational activities, helping optimize processes and workflows across projects and internal teams. This internship role is on-site and located in Chennai.

• Cross-functionally coordinating between Management, HR Team, Admin team, and external parties

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem-solving in operational processes.
• Operations Management and Project Management skills to assist in planning, coordination, and execution of projects and operational initiatives.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service Skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
• Basic understanding of technology or software development environments is beneficial.
• Proficiency in productivity tools (such as spreadsheets and presentation software) and comfort working with operational data is preferred.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
