Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Internship

About the Role

This is a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Internship at Zentraa Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified Physiotherapists across India through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Identify candidates interested in pursuing career opportunities in Germany.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and professionally explain the opportunity.
• Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, location, and willingness to relocate.
• Collect and maintain accurate candidate information.
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker.
• Identify candidates who have previously applied through another recruitment agency or may already be represented for the opportunity.
• Coordinate with the Zentraa recruitment team for further screening and candidate processing.
• Support interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups where required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
• Good research and sourcing skills
• Comfortable making calls and speaking with candidates
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and internet research
• Good follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to learn recruitment and international hiring

Good to Have

• Previous HR/recruitment internship or experience
• Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Knowledge of recruitment/job portals
• Interest in healthcare recruitment
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel

Qualifications

Students or graduates from HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related fields are preferred, but motivated candidates from other backgrounds are also welcome.
