About the Role
This role sits at the centre of Intelligence, turning numbers from every platform and every brand into observations sharp enough to shape a client conversation, a creative brief, or the next campaign bet. You're here to read data, question it, and explain what it actually means.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn raw data into a story. Spot the patterns and anomalies that matter, then explain why something performed the way it did, not just report that it did.
- Dig into open questions independently, pull the right data and context, and come back with an answer people can actually use.
- QA reports, catch inconsistencies, and make sure nothing shaky reaches a client or strategy deck.
- Track shifts on Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and beyond, and translate platform and algorithm changes into what they mean for content.
- Read performance against what's happening in culture, news cycles, trends, and creator behaviour, not just against last month's numbers.
- Bring AI and LLM tools into research, analysis, reporting, and tasks that are typically done manually.
What Makes This Role Different
- Your analysis feeds straight into strategy and client conversations.
- You'll work across brands and categories.
- You're expected to have a point of view on the data, not just present it.
- You'll help shape how the team uses AI tools.

Qualifications
- Ability to see a story in data, not just numbers.
- Curiosity to find answers independently.
- Comfort working with large, messy datasets and spotting inconsistencies.
- Understanding of performance drivers on Instagram without needing to be prompted.
- Plugged into culture and online communities, and able to connect data spikes to real-world events.
- Familiarity with LLMs to understand their genuine utility and limitations.
- Preference for finding key insights over listing numerous metrics.
- Existing opinions on current social platform changes.
- Comfort with stating "I don't know yet, let me find out," and following through.
