Mavs AI is building security natively for AI. Older security tools cannot properly protect enterprises from AI-driven threats. With AI now integrated into most tools, workplaces are dynamic and unpredictable, and Mavs AI is building the control layer for this new reality. The team consists of enterprise cybersecurity experts with two decades of experience, incubated at SINE (Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship), IIT Bombay, and part of the NVIDIA Inception Program. Mavs AI operates at the intersection of AI, data sovereignty, and cybersecurity.

Your Role

You will execute the social media marketing strategy in close collaboration with the product marketing and branding team. The team will provide ideas and direction, but you will be responsible for turning them into daily stories, posts, and videos. This role is for someone who wants to see their work make a real difference and is willing to dig deep to achieve impactful results. The work is fast-paced, valuing iteration and shipping in hours and days rather than weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Make build-in-public videos: Plan topics, write scripts, and direct team members on camera. Shoot, edit, and publish 2-minute clips and 5-minute deep dives, including subtitles, phone-friendly framing, and simple graphics.
• Ship posts daily: Design and create posts, carousels, and graphics for daily publication on the company page and other channels, using brand elements. Write engaging opening lines to encourage further reading. Utilize AI for speed without compromising quality.
• Turn ideas into campaigns: Translate the company's philosophy and broad ideas into campaigns understandable to a wider audience, owning research and visual execution.
• Take apart the news: Analyze technical details of AI and cybersecurity news to create responsive posts. Share findings to keep the team informed of significant stories.
• Grow the community: Reply to comments and build relationships with individuals and creators in the security space to expand reach through conversation.
• Read the numbers: Track weekly performance to identify successful strategies for amplification and areas for improvement.
