About the Role
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues
- Support for standard software issues
- Isolate system issues; diagnose standard software issues
- Report hardware issues to respective Vendors
- Installation / re-installation
