About the Role
- This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role in Kondapur, Hyderabad, with immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth by engaging with prospective students.
- Build a strong lead pipeline through digital channels.
- Guide learners to the right programs.
- Call prospective students to understand their learning goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Find and nurture leads on WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Follow up professionally and support interested students through to enrolment.
- Work toward monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Keep accurate records of leads and pipeline activity.
- Share regular progress updates with the team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and social media platforms for outreach.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain an organised, up-to-date lead pipeline.
- Ability to work on-site in Kondapur, Hyderabad, and join immediately.
Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates keen on business development and sales (freshers welcome).
- Excellent English.
- Telugu or Hindi is a strong plus.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a positive, persuasive approach.
- Any stream; an interest in education is a bonus.
