Internship Program

About the Role

TRAX Road Safety NGO India is hiring interns for its program in Delhi/Pune/Bangalore/Noida/Bhubaneswar/Cuttak/Kolkata. This internship offers hands-on experience in leadership, project management, data analysis, and social impact work.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, or a recent Master’s graduate.
• Duration: [5 / 6 months]
• Stipend & certificate included

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership skills, demonstrated through college, work, volunteering, or community initiatives.
• Diverse experience from projects, internships, campaigns, or fieldwork.
• Project management skills: planning, coordinating teams, and delivering on deadlines.
• Data analysis skills: working with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools to draw insights.
• Willingness to work on social service projects on the ground, directly with communities.
• Good communication, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, analyze, and report data to support decisions.
• Take part in on-ground social service and community programmes.
• Work with teams and lead initiatives that create real impact.

Selection Process

Interns will be selected based on their academic background, leadership experience, past projects and field exposure, analytical skills, commitment to social impact, and performance in the interview round.
