Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity, latency, and downtime issues.
- Manage TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, VLANs, and subnetting.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues affecting computers, printers, servers, and other connected devices.
- Maintain network security, firewall rules, access permissions, and secure connectivity.
- Support Windows systems, user accounts, email connectivity, and basic IT infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain network diagrams, IP address records, configuration backups, and IT asset documentation.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors to resolve network outages.
- Perform routine network health checks, preventive maintenance, and software updates.
- Provide on-site IT support to office staff and factory departments.
- Follow company IT policies, data security procedures, and backup practices.
