About the Role
The FP&A Intern will support the Finance team in providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to help drive business decision-making. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to analyze financial performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and support automation initiatives. The intern will assist with monthly close activities, financial modeling, variance analysis, and the preparation of management reports. This position offers valuable exposure to business operations, strategic planning, and financial analysis within a dynamic organization. This position is part of the Finance Department and will be on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Finance team in providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze financial performance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support automation initiatives.
- Assist with monthly close activities.
- Assist with financial modeling.
- Assist with variance analysis.
- Assist with the preparation of management reports.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Excel and other Office applications (a plus).
- OneStream or other financial systems (a plus).
Qualifications
