Mechanical Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our team at an automotive parts manufacturing company. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in the Quality, Research & Development (R&D), and New Product Development (NPD) departments, contributing to product quality, design improvements, testing, and the development of automotive components. Diploma holders and graduates in Mechanical Engineering who are eager to learn and build their careers in the automotive manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Department
• Assist in quality inspection and testing of automotive components.
• Check product dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Support documentation of inspection reports and quality records.
• Identify defects and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Research & Development (R&D) Department
• Assist in research and technical analysis of automotive components.
• Support product testing, performance evaluation, and design improvements.
• Help prepare technical reports, drawings, and product documentation.
• Work with senior engineers to improve product functionality and reliability.
• New Product Development (NPD) Department
• Assist in the development and introduction of new automotive parts.
• Support prototype development, trials, and product validation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams during product development.
• Help maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and development records.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Qualifications:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software is preferred for R&D/NPD roles.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.

• Salary: Up to 20,000 per month, depending on qualification and suitability.
