About the Role
- Internship Duration: Summer 2027
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Madison, WI
- Work Model: 100% Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Support automation and operational technology projects, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and system design.
- Collect, analyze, document, and maintain accurate data and records in compliance with company procedures.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, compliance, and departmental standards, maintaining 5S workplace organization.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners, participating in meetings and project discussions.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives, completing assigned projects and presenting progress or results.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Eligible to legally work in the United States.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 12-week period over the summer.
- Familiarity with industrial or laboratory control systems.
- Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings.
