About the Role
The Growth Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves supporting growth initiatives across marketing, sales, and product-related experiments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing growth campaigns.
- Track key metrics.
- Analyze performance data.
- Prepare reports and insights for the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Help coordinate small projects.
- Contribute ideas for optimizing funnels and user acquisition.
- Research competitors.
- Identify new channels or partnerships.
- Help refine communication materials for potential customers and partners.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-informed decisions.
- Communication skills to collaborate with teams, prepare concise reports, and interact with external stakeholders.
- Growth Hacking and Sales skills to assist with user acquisition experiments, conversion optimization, and outreach activities.
- Project Management skills to help organize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate small initiatives across teams.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in business, marketing, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred.
