About the Role

SIEC Education Pvt. Ltd. is hiring passionate and approachable Career Counsellors to guide students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad.

Job Locations

• Janakpuri East, South Extension (Delhi)
• Ludhiana
• Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on international education opportunities in the UK, Australia, Europe, and other destinations.
• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and preferences to recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses.
• Guide students on standardized test requirements, including IELTS, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, and SAT.
• Assist with university shortlisting, application procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate with admissions teams, internal departments, and external partners.
• Keep students informed about application deadlines, admission updates, and visa procedures.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
• Stay updated on international education policies, admission requirements, and visa processes.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online counselling sessions.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Recent graduates looking to build a career in international education.
• Candidates with prior experience in career counselling or study-abroad services.
• Regional language speakers interested in a remote working opportunity (proficient in any regional language other than Hindi and Punjabi, including Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, and other regional languages).
• Candidates comfortable with CRM tools and Google Workspace will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the study-abroad process is an advantage; training will be provided to freshers.
