Tax Consultant II analyst

About the Role

The UK Individual Tax - Private Client Services (PCS) team is seeking an experienced tax technical professional to join as a Tax Consultant II Analyst. This role is crucial in supporting a world-class, self-sufficient team that delivers high-quality work at competitive prices, fostering individual growth and development. The team specializes in preparing UK tax returns for individuals, professional partners, and trustees, as well as handling partnership returns, Trust Accounts, Capital Gains Tax returns, and ad hoc tax advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of tax returns.
• Providing tax services to UK client teams, managing the UK taxation affairs of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
• Delivering compliance services for HNWI clients.
• Supporting the design and implementation of efficient processes to enhance client satisfaction.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Acrobat

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in tax return preparation within UK PCS.
• Proven ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on importance and urgency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident and effective listening skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.
• Willingness to pursue ATT accreditation.
