Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

BETA is a dynamic, product-based software company focused on building high-performance digital solutions. The company designs, develops, and launches a diverse suite of proprietary applications. BETA prioritizes immediate value and exceptional user experience in every product.

This role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. It involves creating visual assets for digital and print materials, including marketing campaigns, product interfaces, social media content, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital and print materials.
• Collaborate with senior designers, product teams, and marketing specialists.
• Translate concepts and brand guidelines into clear, engaging visuals.
• Prepare design drafts.
• Refine layouts.
• Select typography.
• Adjust graphics based on feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Support ongoing design projects from concept to final delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma or similar software

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and creating high-quality graphics for digital and print media.
• Ability to design Logos and support Branding initiatives.
• Good understanding of Typography and layout principles.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative work, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, accept constructive feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic knowledge of digital product design or UI assets creation is a plus.
