About the Role

The Analyst at Epix Design School is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to student performance, course outcomes, admissions, and operations to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Present insights to academic and management teams.
• Work with internal stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Validate data quality.
• Support process optimization and forecasting activities.
• Contribute to strategic planning.
• Collaborate on special projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of data-driven recommendations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
• Ability to create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with academic, marketing, and operations teams.
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong organizational skills in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or another quantitative discipline.
• Experience in education, training, or design-related environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with student information or learning management systems is a plus.
• Commitment to ethical data handling, learner success, and continuous learning in analytics and related tools.
