SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Role Overview

The Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) Consultant is responsible for managing BAU support and delivering enhancements to ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience for new hires, aligned with organizational policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support for SAP SuccessFactors ONB, including incident, problem, and change management
• Configure and enhance onboarding processes, panels, workflows, rules, documents, and tasks
• Lead requirement gathering, functional design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and release management
• Manage integrations with Recruiting Management, Employee Central, and third‑party vendors
• Ensure data accuracy, document compliance, audit readiness, and system documentation

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Work closely with HR, TA, Payroll, and IT stakeholders
• Mentor junior consultants through knowledge sharing and best‑practice guidance

Qualifications & Certifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is mandatory
• RCM or Employee Central certification is preferred
