Video Production Specialist Internship

About the Role

Warpdrive Tech Works is seeking a creative and execution-focused Video Production Specialist Intern to support its marketing initiatives. This internship offers practical exposure to the complete video lifecycle, from concept development and production planning to editing, publishing, and performance-led refinement. High-performing interns may be considered for conversion to a full-time opportunity after successfully completing the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging video content for digital marketing campaigns and brand communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual stories for social media, websites, and other channels.
• Assist with scripting, storyboarding, production coordination, lighting, sound, post-production, and timely content delivery.
• Adapt video assets into suitable formats for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
• Review content performance and use audience insights to suggest improvements in future video concepts and campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• At least 6 months of relevant experience or hands-on exposure in video production, editing, content creation, or marketing.
• Good understanding of marketing fundamentals and how video supports brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Strong visual judgment, storytelling ability, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of projects.
• Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple creative tasks.
• A portfolio or examples of video work will be valued.

This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore with a monthly stipend of ₹9,500 for six months. The role includes a potential pre-placement opportunity through conversion to a full-time position, subject to performance and business requirements.
