  • Strong interest in social media, digital culture and how brands show up online.
  • Basic understanding of major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with social publishing or analytics platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and recurring processes, or willing to learn.
  • Strong written communication skills and good judgment.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Curious, proactive and willing to ask questions.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively.
  • Ability to follow all standard agency policies and procedures.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Attention to detail: a broken link, incorrect tag or missed post doesn't get past you.
  • Keeps things moving: you don't wait until someone asks for an update; you know what needs to happen next.
  • Curious about the “why”: you're not just pulling numbers or scheduling posts; you want to understand what the data means and why the content is being put into the world.
  • Plugged in: you naturally notice what's trending, what people are talking about and how brands are behaving on social.
  • Good teammate: you communicate clearly, ask for help when you need it and make the people around you more effective.
