About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in recruiting, sales, business development, or consulting. No recruiting experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with talented professionals through networking, referrals, research, and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct candidate conversations to understand their experience, career goals, and potential fit.
• Build lasting relationships with professionals across specialized industries.
• Develop expertise within a specific market and stay current on industry trends.
• Present qualified candidates and support clients throughout the hiring process.
• Use recruiting technology and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and clients.

• Confidence speaking with professionals at different career levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
• An interest in building a long-term career in recruiting and executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• The ability to work onsite in our Solon, Ohio office.
• Experience gained through internships, part-time jobs, customer service, sales, sports and athletics, leadership roles, or campus involvement is valued.
