Job Title: Medical Billing Executive
About the Role
YOU & I Consulting is hiring for Medical Billing Executives for a leading Global MNC in Kolkata. This is a Full-Time, Night Shift role involving an International Voice Process with Fixed Sat/Sun Off. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve medical billing and insurance-related queries
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, doctors, and hospitals
- Review billing information and ensure accuracy
- Handle claim status inquiries and payment-related issues
- Maintain process documentation and update records
Requirements & Tech Stack
- English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in night shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Higher Secondary or above
- Candidates from B.Sc., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- International BPO experience will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
