About the Role
This is an internship position at Eunoia Financial Services Private Limited focused on legal support.

- Maintaining and regularly updating our internal NCLT Tracker by monitoring live proceedings across various NCLT Benches.
- Reading, analysing, and summarising NCLT orders.
- Tracking CIRP and liquidation proceedings and monitoring key developments.
- Conducting legal research under the IBC and related laws.
- Preparing case summaries and research notes.
- Supporting the team on ongoing restructuring, distressed asset, and transaction advisory assignments.
