About the Role
SoftwareOne is looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant – Modern Workplace to deliver solutions that improve productivity, security, device management, and the overall employee experience. This role involves combining hands-on technical expertise with customer engagement to solve complex workplace challenges using Microsoft 365 technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects, including migrations, configuration, implementation, and ongoing technical support.
- Designing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions across device enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint security.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and acting as an escalation point for junior support engineers.
- Working directly with customers to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining project documentation, sharing technical knowledge, and continuously developing expertise.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong experience implementing, administering, or supporting Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, including MDM/MAM, device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Windows Autopilot.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understanding of endpoint and identity security, including Conditional Access, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and security baselines.
- Experience with Windows Server and supporting Microsoft cloud or hybrid environments.
