MercyOne's Jumpstart December Nurse Graduate Med Surg program offers a unique opportunity for students in their final semester of RN education.
Program Details
- Earn a $2,500 monthly stipend for the last 6 months of your RN education.
- MercyOne will reimburse your board and licensure fees.
- Upon obtaining licensure, begin your career with MercyOne, with an 18-month retention requirement.
- Working as a PRN Student Nurse Tech during the program is optional.
Essential Functions
- The Jumpstart program provides financial support during the final semester of school.
- Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, and other policies and procedures to ensure ethical and professional behavior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be in the final semester of school in an eligible position.
- Must pass boards within 6 months of graduation.
- Must sign the Program Agreement and return it before any payments are processed.
- Candidates must commit to working for at least 18 months post licensure.
