About the Role
The Program Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs related to training, deployment, and ongoing support of delivery personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Track program activities and outcomes.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Engage with participants, address queries, and gather feedback.
- Assist in improving processes and program design.
- Assist in projects, research, data analysis, and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of activities.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Relevant experience in social impact, logistics, or community-oriented programs is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business, development studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, presentations, communication platforms) and willingness to learn new systems is advantageous.
