Trainee-Customer Relationship Management Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Trainee to manage and strengthen relationships with our international customers, importers, and distributors. The role involves coordinating export orders, ensuring timely communication, resolving customer queries, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with international customers, importers, and distributors.
• Coordinate export orders from order confirmation to shipment and delivery.
• Communicate order status, shipment schedules, and delivery updates to overseas customers.
• Coordinate with International Sales, Logistics, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Resolve customer queries related to export orders, documentation, shipments, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Follow up on export payments, pending requirements, documents, and customer requests.
• Prepare CRM reports, customer updates, and performance reports for management.
• Collect and share customer feedback with relevant internal teams.
• Monitor customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and build strong, long-term international business relationships.
• Support the International Sales team in maintaining smooth and professional communication with overseas clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM systems.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities.
• Basic understanding of export orders and international customer coordination will be an advantage.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in any discipline.
• Industry Preference: FMCG / Food & Beverage / Rice / Agri Products / Manufacturing.
